All of our watches undergo thorough inspection to ensure authenticity and functionality before we accept them in to our stock and offer them to you. Our inspection includes all major components of the watch such as the case, bracelet, strap, clasp, dial, bezel, crown and movement. You can shop with full confidence knowing that everything we sell is genuine.

To give our clients the peace of mind they deserve, each watch that we sell comes with 12 month warranty. Should your watch develop a problem through no fault of your own, we will repair it free of charge for the duration of your warranty. Our warranty excludes water damage, cosmetic damage and any defects resulting from misuse, negligence or from an accident.

We accept all major debit and credit cards including American Express.

Please note that we do not take payment over the phone.

We provide free shipping across the UK and International shipping at an additional cost. All packages are insured in full and tracked.

We know it can be difficult to purchase high value goods online without having first seen them in person, so to give our clients complete confidence when shopping with us, we offer a 14-day returns policy for all watches purchased off the website.

Watches purchased in store are non-refundable but can be exchanged within 7 days.

Please note, returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item is unused and in the exact same condition that it was sold in. All accessories sold with the watch such as the box, paperwork, manuals, and tags will also need to be returned in the same condition. Failure to comply with the above could result in rejection of the return or a possible deduction in the total refund provided based on what we deem fair.
